PLA is known for its ease of printing. It has a relatively low printing temperature, which reduces the risk of warping and nozzle clogs. This makes it suitable for a wide range of 3D printers, including desktop models.

CPE (co-polyester)

CPE is a versatile 3D printing material that combines the best properties of other filaments like PLA and ABS. It offers a good balance of strength, impact resistance, flexibility, and ease of printing.

has a high heat resistance, with a glass transition temperature (Tg) typically around 140-150°C (284-302°F). This makes it suitable for applications exposed to elevated temperatures.

3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, is a process of creating three-dimensional objects from digital designs. It works by layering material (typically plastic, metal, resin, or composite) one thin cross-section at a time until the final object is formed.

The most used materials at Jaycon are PLA & TPU (build material) and Natural PVA (support material). Other materials may be available upon request. Please note that other prototyping processes, such as CNC and resin casting, may allow for a wider range of material choices. Our team works closely with our clients to understand and suggest the best types of materials to be used in our clients’ projects.
