All original content, features, functionality, technical specifications, and proprietary manufacturing processes displayed on or provided through our platform remain the exclusive property of JAYCON and its licensors.
Client designs, CAD models, and proprietary product information submitted to JAYCON for manufacturing remain the sole intellectual property of the respective client, protected under applicable Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
By engaging with our services, you represent and warrant that:
All information you submit to us is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
You hold full rights and ownership over any technical specifications, designs, or Intellectual Property provided to JAYCON for production.
You will not use our manufacturing services for any illegal, unauthorized, or restricted purposes under local or international trade laws.
By providing your phone number to JAYCON via our contact forms, quotes, or communication channels, you consent to receive business-related text (SMS) messages from us regarding order updates, logistics, and account inquiries.
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on active orders and inquiries.

Because JAYCON operates across international borders (including the US, China, and Vietnam), all orders and operations are subject to applicable import/export regulations, customs duties, tariffs, and international trade laws. Clients are responsible for ensuring their product designs comply with destination-country safety and import regulations unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a formal contract.
