One team, one mission.

Jaycon started in 2009 with a simple promise: take a product from idea to volume manufacturing without handing it across half a dozen vendors.

From that first small team, we have grown to four sites across three continents. The model has not changed: the same engineers who sketch a concept also write its firmware, lay out its PCB, mold its enclosure, and assemble its first production units. Single-team accountability is not a slogan, it is the operating model.

We work with hardware-first companies of every size, from solo founders to NASA, Ford, Virgin Voyages, and Raytheon. Programs run from 100-unit prototypes to 100,000+ unit production runs, all from the same engineering group.
