Engineering on Nordic silicon across the nRF52, nRF53, and nRF91 series. Bluetooth LE, Thread, Matter, Zigbee, and cellular IoT. Power profiling, antenna tuning, and full nRF Connect SDK builds on Zephyr, taken from SoC selection to a certified device by one accountable team.
From SoC selection to a certified wireless device, our team owns hardware, firmware, and RF on Nordic silicon.
The right SoC for your battery, range, and feature target. nRF52832/52840, nRF5340, nRF54L15, and nRF91 cellular in scope.
BLE, Thread, Matter, Zigbee, and LTE-M/NB-IoT stacks on nRF Connect SDK and Zephyr RTOS, with MCUboot and TF-M secure boot.
Chip antenna or PCB trace-antenna tuning, range testing, and FCC/CE/MIC pre-cert in our own RF lab.
Schematic, layout, and power profiling with the Power Profiler Kit II, plus bench bring-up and a clean hand-off to production.
Four stages: reference, custom PCB and bring-up, stack and application, then certification. Hardware, firmware, and RF under one team.
Pick the SoC and reference design for your protocol and power budget. A Nordic DK is the starting point; a custom PCB follows in the next sprint.
Schematic, layout, antenna tuning, fab, and assembly. First firmware runs over RTT during the bring-up sprint.
BLE, Thread, Matter, Zigbee, or cellular stack on nRF Connect SDK. Application logic, sensor drivers, and an OTA update pipeline.
FCC/CE pre-cert in our lab, Bluetooth SIG / Thread / Matter certification, and a signed release image handed off for production.
Full coverage across the Nordic wireless product line, matched to your protocol and power target.
| nRF family | Typical use |
|---|---|

| nRF53 series | nRF5340 dual-core (M33 app + M33 net) — BLE LE Audio, Thread, and Matter with security separation |
| nRF54 series | nRF54L15 — lowest-power BLE 5.4; nRF54H20 for advanced compute-heavy designs |
| nRF91 series | nRF9160/nRF9151 — cellular IoT (LTE-M / NB-IoT) with integrated GNSS for asset tracking |
| nRF Connect SDK | v2.x on Zephyr RTOS, MCUboot, and TF-M secure firmware for every new program |
| Wireless protocols | BLE 5, BLE LE Audio, Thread 1.3, Matter 1.x, Zigbee 3.0, LTE-M, NB-IoT |
Process, scope, and what to expect when you start a Nordic-based project with Jaycon.
It depends on protocols and power budget. The nRF52840 is the workhorse for BLE plus Thread plus Matter. The nRF5340 brings dual-core security separation. The nRF54L15 is the lowest-power option for BLE-only devices, and the nRF91 series covers cellular IoT (LTE-M / NB-IoT). We size it with you on a call.
nRF Connect SDK on Zephyr for all new projects. We only touch the legacy nRF5 SDK for devices that already shipped on it; every new program starts on nRF Connect SDK.
Yes. CSA Matter, Thread Group, and Bluetooth SIG certifications are prepared in-house, with FCC/CE/MIC pre-cert in our own RF lab before lab submission.
Coin-cell BLE devices advertising at 1 Hz typically run 12 to 24 months. With event-driven advertising and the Power Profiler Kit dialed in, we have shipped designs that exceed three years on a single CR2032.
